Hi, I’m Ashlyn Greene — a wife, a proud mom, an animal lover (sometimes more than people!), and someone who’s happiest outside, whether I’m gardening, hiking, traveling, or volunteering in my community. I’m deeply involved in my son’s school and baseball team, an active member of the community, and always looking for new ways to give back.

Before real estate, I spent my career in the medical field, where helping people was at the heart of everything I did. Over time, I realized I wanted to continue serving others—but in a completely different way. That’s what led me to real estate. Now, I have the opportunity to guide individuals and families through one of the biggest decisions of their lives—something that’s both deeply personal and incredibly rewarding.

I’m a real estate agent with Howard Hanna Allen Tate Realtors®, based in Statesville, NC, and serving clients all across North Carolina. Real estate runs in my family, and even though I’m a newer agent, I’ve quickly built a reputation for going above and beyond—especially for first-time buyers, families, and low-to-moderate income clients.

My clients often tell me they love working with me because of my drive, organization, passion, and relentless commitment to making things happen—even on tight timelines. One client, for example, only had one weekend to find a home, and we made it happen because I ensured we saw every option that fit their needs. I believe in making things possible, not making excuses.

I'm also passionate about learning and growing—always expanding my knowledge so I can better educate and serve my clients. I also use social media marketing as a key tool in my business, recognizing how powerful it is in today’s fast-paced world.
